Shipping Policy
Please note all items (except for sale pieces) are carefully hand made to order by Emily and hence can take up to 14 business days to be shipped.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 1-6 business days of its ship date dependent on chosen method of shipping. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
It's really important to us that you are happy with your order. If you change your mind we are here to help, just get in touch with us.
If you want to return or exchange something, just drop us an email and we'll be happy to help. Please include your order number and the reason for your return/ exchange. We'll happily accept unused, unwashed and unaltered products in sellable condition for a full refund or exchange.
Please note:
All sale, custom colour or bespoke design items, used items or damaged items are not available for return, exchange or refund.
Packing materials must be used for return shipment to prevent damage in transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
